(Partner). Education:� B.S.E. in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1969, M.B.A. from Golden Gate University, J.D. at U.C.L.A. School of Law in 1977.� Mr. Robinson has a corporate and securities practice including a substantial practice as bond counsel and underwriter's counsel in municipal and tax exempt securities issued by cities, counties and redevelopment agencies.� He began his legal career in 1977 with O'Melveny & Myers in Los Angeles where he remained until February 1984, when he formed the partnership of Burke, Robinson & Pearman, the predecessor to the current firm.� Mr. Robinson is recognized as one of California’s leading municipal finance attorneys. The Firm has long been "Red Book" listed. Under Mr. Robinson’s direction, Robinson & Pearman LLP is a nationally recognized bond counsel firm and has, during the past 2 decades, participated in well over two hundred municipal finance transactions in California involving more than twenty-two billion dollars in aggregate principal amount.� We have served as sole bond counsel, co-bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, special tax counsel and disclosure counsel.

gerald greene

(Co-Counsel).� Education:� B.A. from Queens College in 1964, J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1974.� Admitted to practice law in the states of California and New York.� Mr. Greene is an experienced attorney in all types of litigation, including business, insurance, real estate, land use, inverse condemnation and eminent domain.� Mr. Greene would associate with us as needed to help handle matters in such areas.� Mr. Green has been lead counsel for all of the approximately 20 civil jury trials the law firm of Kane, Ballmer & Berkman was involved in during his employment there from 1989 - 1994.� He supervised all of that firm's eminent domain and inverse condemnation cases.� In addition to Mr. Greene's experience as chief trial attorney at Kane, Ballmer & Berkman, he was Assistant District Attorney for the district attorney's office, Kings County, New York City from 1974 through 1989, where he was lead counsel in over 100 felony jury trials. He works with the Firm on an as requested basis, especially in eminent domain matters, and civil and trial litigation.

(Legal Assistant).� Education: ABA approved paralegal certificate in Corporations/Litigation earned at the University of California, Los Angeles - Attorney Assistant Training Program; Certificate in Computerized Business Systems from Computer Learning Center, Los Angeles.� Mr. Garcia is a paralegal with a unique blend of legal training and computer experience.� He uses his paralegal skills to provide key legal support to our attorneys in areas such as document preparation and organization, file maintenance, information gathering and exhibits preparation.� In addition to those responsibilities, he also provides our firm with in-house MIS support including component level troubleshooting, software support, programming and desktop publishing.
